Section Vet 402.01 - Disciplinary Sanctions(a) Upon finding misconduct the board shall determine which sanctions to impose by considering the: (1) Severity of the offense;(2) Licensee's history of misconduct;(3) Licensee's state of mind at the time of the offense;(4) Licensee's acknowledgment of his or her wrongdoing;(5) Licensee's willingness to cooperate with the board's investigation;(6) Purpose of the rule or statute violated;(7) Potential harm to public health and safety; and(8) Nature and extent of the enforcement activities required of the board as a result of the offense.N.H.
