Section Vet 103.02 - Officers(a) The board elects a president for a one-year term commencing in March. The president chairs the board's meetings, establishes the order of its business and directs the activities of its staff, consistent with the formal actions of the board.(b) The board elects a vice president for a one-year term commencing in March.
