Section Ve-H 306.09 - Actions Taken on Applications for Residency(a) If the admissions committee determines that the information in the application packet is insufficient to determine eligibility for residency, the admissions committee shall inform the applicant in writing of the following: (1) The fact that sufficient information to determine eligibility has not been provided or obtained;(2) The specific additional information which is needed; and(3) The right of the applicant to resubmit the application at any time.(b) If the admissions committee determines that the applicant does not meet one or more of the eligibility requirements for residency, the commandant shall so inform the applicant in writing.N.H.
