Section Ve-H 215.03 - Pre-Hearing Disclosure of Witnesses and ExhibitsAt least 5 calendar days before the hearing, the parties and intervenors shall provide to the other parties and intervenors:
(a) A list of all witnesses to be called at the hearing containing the names of the witnesses, their addresses and their telephone numbers;(b) Brief summaries of the testimony of the witnesses to be called;(c) A list of documents and exhibits to be offered as evidence at the hearing;(d) A copy of each document to be offered as evidence at the hearing; and(e) An offer to allow the inspection of non-documentary exhibits to be offered as evidence at the hearing at times and places of convenience to the board, the parties and any intervernors.N.H.
