Section Ve-H 211.03 - Decisions on Motions(a) The presiding officer shall decide on motions without an oral hearing, except when an oral hearing is scheduled on the initiative of the presiding officer or the board for the purpose of obtaining necessary information or clarifying an issue.(b) Failure by an opposing party or an intervenor to object to a motion shall not in and of itself constitute grounds for granting a motion.(c) The presiding officer shall decide on a motion after full consideration of all objections and applicable law.N.H.
