Section Tre 217.09 - Postponement(a) Postponement in non-adjudicative hearings other than rulemaking hearings shall be granted when the presiding officer determines that a postponement is consistent with the public good, after weighing the prejudice caused to any person by failing to grant the postponement versus the benefit to the public of granting the postponement.(b) Notice for the date, time and location for the postponement of any hearing granted under (a) above shall be given in the same manner as the notice for the initial hearing was given.N.H.
