Section Tra 903.08 - Lost Registration Decal or Certificate(a) A registrant shall notify the bureau immediately upon discovery that a registration certificate or decal has been lost or mutilated.(b) Upon receipt of the fee set forth in RSA 422:31, VIII, the bureau shall issue a certified replacement certificate, decal, or both, reflecting the same expiration date as the lost or mutilated item(s).N.H.
