Section Tra 903.06 - Registration of Public Aircraft(a) A federal agency may voluntarily register the aircraft owned or operated by the agency by contacting the bureau.(b) A state or local agency shall register the aircraft owned or operated by the agency by contacting the bureau.(c) No fee shall be charged for the registration of public aircraft.N.H.
