Section Tra 903.02 - Effective Dates, Out of Cycle Registration(a) Pursuant to RSA 422:21, effective dates for state aircraft registration certificates shall be based upon the first numeral of the N-number, as follows: Table 903-1 Aircraft Registration Effective Dates

(b) An original aircraft registration shall be issued outside of the month shown in the above table as an out-of-cycle registration in accordance with RSA 422:21, V.(c) The fee for an out-of-cycle registration shall be computed in accordance with RSA 422:21, V.N.H. Admin. Code § Tra 903.02
