Section Tra 601.02 - Scope

(a) These rules shall apply to all outdoor advertising devices erected, maintained, or sought to be erected along:

(1) Controlled routes; and

(2) Areas of Class I, II, or III highways where the provisions of RSA 236:88-a apply.
