Section Tra 206.04 - Postponements(a) If any person requests a postponement, the moderator shall order the hearing continued to a later date, time, or place if he or she determines: (1) That the public will be best served by postponing the hearing; and(2) That any prejudice caused to any person as a result of the postponement is outweighed by the benefit to the public of granting the postponement.(b) If such later date, time, and place are known at the time of the hearing that is being postponed, the moderator shall state the date, time, and place on the record.(c) If such later date, time, and place are not known at the time of the hearing that is being postponed, the moderator shall state how notice will be given of the date, time, and place of the continued hearing.N.H.
