Section Tra 202.21 - Closing the Record(a) After the conclusion of the hearing, the record shall be closed and no other evidence shall be received into the record, except as allowed by paragraph (b) of this section.(b) The presiding officer shall keep the record open for the filing of specified evidence not available at a hearing if: (1) The other parties to the hearing have no objection, or(2) The presiding officer determines that such evidence is necessary to a full consideration of the issues raised at the hearing.N.H.
