Section Tax 202.08 - Appeal
(a) The appeal of the board's decision shall be pursuant to RSA 541:6.
(b) Filing a rehearing motion pursuant to RSA 541:3 and RSA 541:4 shall be a prerequisite for appealing a board decision in accordance with Tax 201.36.
