Section Sw 4001.05 - Validation Requirements(a) A winning ticket shall be eligible to receive a prize if the following are true: (1) The winning ticket shall have been issued from an on-line terminal by an authorized lottery agent;(2) The winning ticket information shall have been recorded in the central computer system at least 59 minutes prior to the drawing;(3) All information appearing on the winning ticket shall correspond precisely with the lottery's computer record;(4) The 15 digit validation number and bar code shall appear in its entirety;(5) The winning ticket shall be intact, fully legible and correspond to the art work on file at the lottery;(6) The ticket shall not be defectively printed, fuzzy, unreadable, blank or partially blank, or defective; and(7) The ticket shall not be counterfeit in whole or in part, altered, reconstructed, tampered with in any manner, stolen or misregistered.N.H.
