Section Sw 211.01 - Representation(a) If a party chooses to be represented by some other person, he or she shall notify the commission at the earliest date practical of the name and address of the representative.(b) Any party in a commission proceeding may be represented by counsel, but counsel so retained shall not be paid for by the state.(c) Requests for appointment of counsel shall not be entertained.(d) A representative shall be either an attorney-at-law, licensed in New Hampshire, or such other individual as the party may designate.N.H.
