Section Stra 1102.05 - Compliance

In order for a participating postsecondary institution to continue its eligibility in the governor's scholarship program, the participating postsecondary institution shall agree to the rules outlined in Stra 1100 and shall attest to the validity of all information gathered by the participating postsecondary institution for the determination of student eligibility having signed the participation agreement set forth in Stra 1107.
