Section Spe 607.02 - Limitation on the Number of Speech-Language Assistants Under Supervision(a) A licensee shall not supervise at any one time any more speech-language assistants than those whose combined work hours total the work hours of 2 full-time speech-language assistants.(b) For purposes of this section, a speech-language assistant shall be considered a full-time employee if he or she qualifies as full-time according to the system used to classify employees by the speech-language assistant's employer.N.H.
