Section Spe 406.02 - Licensees' Delegation of Supportive Tasks to Individuals Not Certified by the Board

A licensee shall delegate supportive tasks to an individual not certified by the board only when in compliance with Principles I - IV and the remaining ethical standards referenced in Spe 500.
