Section Spe 404.03 - Procedure for Imposition of SanctionsOther than the immediate suspension of a license authorized by RSA 541-A:30, III, the board shall impose disciplinary sanctions only:
(a) After prior notice to the licensee or certificate holder in accordance with Ahp 209.01 and the opportunity for the licensee or the certificate holder to be heard; or(b) By agreement in a settlement between the board and the licensee or certificate holder made pursuant to Ahp 214.N.H. Admin. Code § Spe 404.03
