Section Spe 307.05 - Eligibility For Full Initial Licensure of Conditional Licensees

The board shall issue full initial licenses to conditional licensees who, within the period of validity of their conditional licenses:

(a) Have met the requirements of Spe 307; and

(b) Arranged for the board to receive the opinion of competence described in Spe 307.06.
