Section Soil 501.02 - Scope(a) The following rules of professional conduct shall be binding upon every person holding a certificate of soil science, certification of wetland science, approval as a wetland or soil apprentice, and on all partnerships, corporations, or other legal entities authorized to offer or perform the practice of soil science or wetland science in this state.N.H.
