Section Soil 303.03 - Re-Examinations(a) An applicant for certification failing either the written or field portion of the examination may apply for re-examination at the next scheduled examination as follows: (1) The applicant who fails the written examination shall be re-examined by the natural scientist examination company contracted with the OPLC on behalf of the natural scientist board through the state of New Hampshire RFP process at the next available test date in either March or July;(2) The applicant who fails the field examination shall be re-examined upon payment of the fee described in Plc 1002.31 and be scheduled for the next available test date in either June or September;(3) A candidate failing either the written or field examination 3 times shall furnish evidence to the board of additional experience, study, or educational credits equal to 6 semester hours of college credit before being allowed to proceed with further examinations.N.H.
