Section Soil 217.01 - Explanation After Adoption(a) Any person may request an explanation regarding adoption of the rules pursuant to RSA 541-A:11,VII by submitting a request to the board.(b) The request shall be considered at the next scheduled board meeting and the board shall issue a response within 60 days of the date of the request.N.H.
