Section Site 203.01 - Declaratory Rulings(a) Any person may submit a petition for declaratory ruling from the committee on matters within its jurisdiction by filing an original written petition and 10 copies with the committee.(b) A petition for declaratory ruling shall set forth the following information: (1) The exact ruling being requested; and(2) The statutory and factual basis for the requested ruling, including any supporting affidavits or memoranda of law.N.H.
