Section Site 202.27 - Reopening the Record(a) A party may request by written motion that the record in any proceeding be re-opened to receive relevant, material and non-duplicative testimony, evidence or argument.(b) If the presiding officer determines that additional testimony, evidence or argument is necessary for a full consideration of the issues presented in the proceeding, the record shall be reopened to accept the offered testimony, evidence or argument.(c) The presiding officer shall specify a date no later than 30 days from the date of receiving the additional testimony, evidence or argument by which other parties shall respond to or rebut the newly submitted testimony, evidence or argument.N.H.
