Section Site 102.51 - Subcommittee

"Subcommittee" means any subcommittee established under RSA 162-H:4-a for the purpose of reviewing an application for an energy facility or to exercise any other authority or perform any other duty of the committee, subject to the limitations set forth in RSA 162-H:4-a, I.
