Section Site 102.38 - Public information hearing

"Public information hearing" means a hearing scheduled pursuant to RSA 162-H:10, I-c where the applicant presents information to the committee and other agencies that have permitting or other regulatory authority over the subject matter and to the public about the proposed facility.
