An applicant for licensure as a septic system evaluator, who has satisfactorily met all the requirements of RSA 310-A and who has paid all of the fees, shall be issued a license by the board. The licensee shall be issued a license authorizing the practice of septic system evaluations that shall show the full name of the licensee, shall have a serial number, and shall be signed by members of the board.
