Section Saf-Mec 406.04 - The Effect of the Signature on the Application Form for the Renewal of Mechanical Business Entity Licenses The effect of the signature required by Mec 406.03(b)(2) shall be:
(a) The signer's acknowledgement that, under RSA 641:3, I, knowingly making a false statement on the application form is a misdemeanor; and(b) The signer's certification that the information provided on the renewal application form is complete and accurate to the best of the signer's knowledge and belief.N.H.
