Section Saf-Mec 308.03 - Approval
(a) The board shall review and approve a training program that meets or exceeds the educational standards set forth in Mec 305.
(b) The board shall review and approve an examination program that meets or exceeds the standards set forth in Mec 305.
(c) Any training or examination program holding board approval at the time these rules became effective shall at the next audit described in Mec 610.02 comply with all rules in effect at the time of that audit.
