Section Saf-Mec 302.14 - Applications by Out-of-State Licensees(a) An out-of-state licensee seeking application for licensure shall be eligible for the licensing examination in plumbing and fuel gas fitting provided that they can demonstrate proof of licensure from the state in which the applicant is claiming to have worked.(b) The out-of-state licensee shall comply with the prerequisites for the level of licensure sought regarding on-the-job experience, or its equivalent in an approved educational setting, as provided in RSA 153:27-38 and these rules.N.H.
