Section Saf-Mec 206.04 - Multiple Cases: Consolidation

Where the interests of justice shall be better served without substantial prejudice to the rights of any party, the presiding officer shall sever one case from another or shall consolidate 2 or more cases preserving for all parties the right of appeal from the single or several decisions rendered.
