Section Saf-C 9403.01 - Use of Tow List

In the event the division seeks to tow or remove any vehicle, whenever practicable, the tow business responsible for such towing or removal shall be chosen from a tow list in accordance with RSA 106-B:26 et seq., and this chapter.
