Section Saf-C 909.18 - False Information(a) False information contained in the application or renewal application by either the driver-applicant or the co-applicant shall be grounds for denying a waiver or for revoking a waiver.(b) The determination by the commissioner whether a waiver will be denied or revoked because of false information shall be based upon the facts and circumstances of each case.N.H.
