(b) The application in (a) above shall be submitted jointly by the driver-applicant requesting the waiver and by the motor carrier that will employ the driver-applicant if the waiver is granted, who shall be the co-applicant.(c) A driver-applicant who is self-employed or unemployed shall not be required to have a co-applicant.N.H.
