Section Saf-C 909.01 - Applicability(a) This part shall apply to all drivers of commercial motor vehicles who operate exclusively within the state of New Hampshire.(b) This part shall not apply to drivers who drive a school bus in a home-to-school or school-to-home mode of transportation.N.H.
