Section Saf-C 8102.06 - Qualified third party agency

"Qualified third party agency" means a non-governmental agency that has been deemed qualified by the state fire marshal's office to perform plan review, issue building permits, perform inspections or issue certificates of occupancy on behalf of the agency.
