Section Saf-C 6906.11 - Accident Reporting(a) All licensed operators shall immediately report any accident or incident involving the setup, handling, use, display or removal of pyrotechnic effects or special or flame effects that has caused property damage, personal injury or death, to the state fire marshal's office.(b) All notifications pursuant to (a) above shall be made to the state police communications center at (603) 271-3636.(c) Any operator who has conducted a display resulting in damage to property, injury or death shall submit a detailed written report of the incident to the state fire marshal within 48 hours of the incident.(d) Upon receipt of a report pursuant to (a) above, the state fire marshal shall conduct an investigation.N.H.
