Section Saf-C 6906.01 - License Required(a) The display of pyrotechnic effects, special effects or flame effects before a proximate audience, performers or support personnel shall not be permitted unless the display is directly supervised by a person who has obtained a license from the state fire marshal.(b) The licensed operator shall ensure that the display is in compliance with the requirements of NFPA 1126 and NFPA 160, and shall be responsible for the safe handling and display of all pyrotechnic effects, special effects or flame effects utilized during the event.N.H.
