Section Saf-C 6609.02 - Application for Exception or Exemption(a) A person may request an exception or exemption from these rules as follows: (1) The request shall be made in writing to the commissioner;(2) The request shall specify the reason an exception or exemption is necessary, including why the applicant cannot comply with these rules; and(3) The request shall include a statement of the impact an exception or exemption will have on public health, safety and welfare.N.H.
