Section Saf-C 6509.02 - Ignition Interlock Program Suspension Violations It shall be a violation for a user subject to an ignition interlock order to engage in the following, which shall result in the suspension of the user's operating privileges pursuant to Saf-C 6512.05(b):
(a) Failure to comply with any requirement for maintenance or calibration;(b) Showing a consistent pattern of failures to pass any breath test;(c) Evidence of tampering of the device, including but not limited to any act that prevents the camera from capturing a clear and visible photo that identifies the operator;(d) Unauthorized engine start without a passed breath test; or(e) Power to the device is disconnected for more than 15 minutes while the vehicle is running.N.H.
