Section Saf-C 6306.04 - Captured Sample Analysis Report(a) The report of the analysis of a captured sample performed by an independent laboratory pursuant to RSA 265-A:7 shall include: (1) The serial number of the captured sample bag;(2) The serial number of the approved instrument from which the breath sample was captured;(3) The subject's reported value identified on the printout from the approved instrument in accordance with Saf-C 6302.04;(4) The results of the captured sample analyzed in duplicate in accordance with Saf-C 6305.02(a)(5) and (6);(5) The independent laboratory's reported value as determined in accordance with Saf-C 6305.03(a); and(6) The name of the person conducting the analysis.N.H.
