Section Saf-C 6204.01 - Certification Examination Fees(a) The division shall charge a $30.00 fee for any retest given to a student who has failed a written certification examination or single station practical examination.(b) The division shall charge a $75.00 fee for any retest given to a student who has failed the entire practical examination.(c) Any student who fails to appear for a retest of a certification examination shall be charged a $20.00 fee, unless notification is given at least 5 hours prior to the examination.(d) The division shall charge actual expenses incurred to any organization which completes a certification course that is not coordinated or funded by the division.N.H.
