Section Saf-C 6107.04 - Revocation of Agent Approval(a) Any agent appointed by the commissioner, pursuant to RSA 270-D:14 and these rules, after notice and an opportunity for a hearing, shall have his or her appointment revoked by the department if: (1) The agent violated any statute, rule, or agreement adopted thereunder relative to safe boater education; or(2) The agent falsified any documentation submitted to the department.N.H.
