Section Saf-C 6011.05 - Notification of Decision(a) In accordance with RSA 541-A:29, after reviewing all the information submitted by the applicant, pursuant to Saf-C 6011.04, the state fire marshal shall: (1) Certify the private firefighting unit, if it has complied with all requirements in this part; and(2) Notify in writing the applicant and the governing body of the city, town, or village district with which the applicant intends to contract, of his or her decision.N.H.
