Section Saf-C 5607.01 - Obtaining an 'Opt-Out'(a) Pursuant to RSA 260:14, any person may request that the department not release their motor vehicle records for the purposes specified in RSA 260:14, V(a)(1)-(7) by completing form DSMV 506.(b) A person who requests an opt out shall also request a waiver from providing a social security number as specified by RSA 263:40-a.(c) The department is prohibited from granting the waiver in (b), above, to commercial driver licensees as specified in RSA 263:90.N.H.
