Section Saf-C 5506.08 - Appeals(a) Notwithstanding the language of Saf-C 5506.07(b), and pursuant to RSA 651-B:10, I, any appeal after a hearing and motion for rehearing shall be filed in the Merrimack County superior court no later than 30 days after the application for rehearing is denied, or if the application is granted, then within 30 days after the decision on such rehearing.(b) Any requests for a hearing or appeal shall not stay the offender's obligation to register as required by the department pursuant to RSA 651-B or these rules.N.H.
