Section Saf-C 5308.01 - Qualifications(a) Each student enrolled in an ERC shall use his/her own motorcycle.(b) Each student enrolled in an ERC pursuant to (a) above shall be responsible for the safety of his/her own motorcycle.(c) No moped, 3-wheel motorcycle or off-road motorcycle shall be used by a student in the motorcycle rider education program course or instructor preparation course.N.H.
