Section Saf-C 5306.04 - Waiver(a) Each student shall complete a liability waiver form at the beginning of the class.(b) The student shall sign and date the waiver. If the student is under 18 years of age, the parent, step parent or legal guardian shall sign and date the waiver.(c) The waiver shall release the department from any liability for injuries to persons or property caused by the negligence of the student or any other person or entity.N.H.
