Section Saf-C 5025.09 - Safety Requirements(a) Each barge shall be equipped with at least 2 portable fire extinguishers with a rating of 2A:10 BC.(b) The sponsor and the operator shall ensure the display conforms with any USCG standards or requirements.(c) The sponsor and the operator shall ensure that the area on all sides of the barge is free of all personnel, vessels, and crafts in accordance with the requirements of Saf-C 5017.01 and Saf-C 5017.02.N.H.
